Our uniquely
tailored programmes

Through uniquely tailored programmes that have been tried and tested, we have designed the content to develop the critical skills and behaviours that are needed right now.

The programmes are delivered through a combination of learning methods, supported by an online platform, to help participants access what they need, when they need it. The programmes include group sessions which explore the content and one-to-one coaching, where participants have the opportunity to explore their strengths and blind spots, and how to apply these to support their leadership journey.

What makes
our programmes different?

Both our flagship Leading for Tomorrow programme and the Learning to Lead programme provide exposure to other organisations, both from within and out of the sector, to bring in new and creative ideas. The programmes bring together a network of leaders from organisations across the UK to collaborate, share their experiences and learn from each other, working together on shared projects to support the application of their learning and contribute towards creating real-life solutions to some of the most current issues within the housing sector.

At the same time, they build long lasting relationships that will continue, not just throughout the programme, but throughout their careers and beyond.
