Our Story
The Leading for Tomorrow programme came into being after it became apparent that many organisations were struggling and had begun to reach out with a growing urgency to eliminate the widening gap between experience and applied learning between management and executive level professionals.
Industry Challenges
Succession planning has become increasingly difficult, and even before the pandemic and ‘The Great Resignation’ took hold across the globe, we had identified a growing problem in how organisations acquired, retained and developed their top talent. The past year and a half has only magnified these issues, and it became evident that an adaptive leadership development programme, which contains a collaborative contribution from top leaders from in and out of sector, and a uniquely tailored approach to each learning group would be the most strategic route to success.

Finding Solutions
Leadership and organisational management have undergone rapid change over the past two years, and with this, a need for a greater understanding of individual and team culture, a more diverse and collaborative approach to Recruitment, Development and Retainment, with a focus on strengths-based personal development and coaching, in order for our people to navigate and thrive in such a transformative work environment.
As an established progressive Recruitment Consultancy, with a passion for Leadership Development and an understanding of the changing leadership trends across all sectors, it was a natural progression to build on our expertise and deliver longer term solutions for our clients in attracting, maintaining, developing and succession planning their people.

Moving things forward
In 2020, we welcomed Vicki Haverson aboard, who had already collaborated with us on exceptionally well received leadership and employee engagement programmes for our clients, and the first Leading for Tomorrow programme was born in the Eastern region. Our programme now serves organisations and professionals across the UK, are endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Housing, the national body for UK housing professionals, and we have adapted our programmes to help organisations from different industries across both the public and private sector.
