How to apply

The Leading for Tomorrow programme is designed for mid to senior level managers and new heads of service who want to build on their leadership skills, develop a regional network, work collaboratively and truly make a difference in the housing sector.


It offers individuals the opportunity to build their self-awareness, work on the must-have leadership skills and stretch their thinking in a safe and supportive environment.

How are applicants selected?

Each organisation can identify up to 3 people to take part in the programme, subject to available places. If you are an individual wanting to apply, each organisation will run their own internal process. Please speak with your line manager or learning & development department to request sign off.

Applicants will need to complete the editable form (available at request) and return to: contact@greenacre-consult.com

The fee for the programme is £2,250 + VAT per participant

Programme Delivery

The programme will be run virtually, with workshops and masterclasses delivered via MS Teams. We have developed a platform to house all resources for the programme which can be viewed in a simple and easy to use interface, providing participants with a streamlined experience.
