Leading for Tomorrow
The Leading for Tomorrow programme is designed for mid to senior level managers and new heads of service. It includes a blend of experiences to make the learning process interactive and enjoyable – from a tailored made learning platform providing access to resources, a psychometric assessment, one-to-one coaching and individual reflection, to interactive group support and challenge sessions, and webinar series to complement the programme with a range of thought leaders.
Learning to Lead
The Learning to Lead programme is designed for individuals who will be stepping into their first leadership role within the next 6 months, or those who recently became a leader for the first time. Just like our flagship programme, it provides an experiential rather than a standard ‘training’ approach, underpinned by a coaching methodology in which participants will practice and develop together.
