A great mix of peer support, theory and practical advice and sharing some of what I have implemented across the sessions.

It’s been very thought-provoking content and H has in particular been able to implement the curious conversations work they did, making her aware of the advice monster and how to coach her team more effectively.

There was an opportunity to share in greater detail - we worked on real-life scenarios and were able to offer input and advice to each other.

I find the sessions are at a really good pace. They seem to naturally flow yet we always end on time having spent time on the key exercises.

R is having a great experience on the programme; he has taken a lot of value from all modules so far and is enjoying the diversity in the team. There is a good combination of experience and logic vs creative and new ideas.

The content is great with lots of chances for discussion and reflection.

Great to share and I found that ‘what’s important to you’ an interesting piece of work. Wanting high levels of security made me curious. I will also introduce curious thinking – love that and the real pearl was ‘people get grumpy when they don’t get (their strengths) fed'.

Vicki is a great facilitator and is able to communicate broad topics in a clear way.

L is having an excellent time on the programme. She was very complimentary about the sessions, programme content, Vicki’s delivery, her team…She has already made a real difference on the team!

It was great to see the journey we have all been on and how diverse (and similar) we are as a team. I thought the environment felt safe and supportive and the facilitator is very knowledgeable.
